  • Employee relationship management is key to achieving effective communication, employee satisfaction, and the implementation of the right tools and technology.
  • It was getting difficult to keep track of:
    • To set up a daily 8-hour timesheet, fill up structure.
    • To verify reimbursement facilities for medical reasons, travel, meals, phone bills, etc.
    • To generate monthly invoices for all the employees.
    • To verify the travel allowance application
    • To verify leave applications
    • Creating a ledger view for all employee actions

Solution

  • ERM is a web-based application that can track and maintain all the necessary information and interactions between the employee and the employer on a daily basis.
  • The Web application contains the following facilities:
    • It enables seamless profile creation for employees using their employee IDs.
    • Facilitated the submission of contract details for an external employee.
    • Set up a daily timesheet fill-up structure and invoice creation based on approved timesheets.
    • Facilitated invoice formatting changes as per GST and no GST.
    • In addition, we have given the facility of generating reimbursement or debit notes, digital signatures, 'Save as Draft’ option, etc.
    • We have set up an Admin Panel to enable admin to set up an approve/reject flow for resource requests and the basis of a contract and decide who (Project Manager/Project Director/HR/Accountant) will approve/reject particular requests.
